Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment or service date. Refund or Cancelation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations or refund requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are non-refundable. Once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, all payments made for scheduled services are considered final and non-refundable. By booking a service and submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, scheduling commitments, and business policies.
